Former NFL and College Football Star Herb Haygood is heading home this summer, much to the delight of the local Sarasota Community, as well as himself.

"I'm really excited to come back home and put on a football camp." Herb said, he went on to add, "It's always been a dream of mine to do this, and maybe I can help an athlete much the same way others have helped me. So far, the response from area coaches, youth programs, and high schools has been really positive. I know this will be a great camp."

The Herb Haygood Football Camp will consists of both a Middle School Camp, as well as a high school camp. Each camp will be geared to fundamentals and training techniques used at the college and NFL level. Both camps will be staffed by NFL, NCAA, and High School coaches, as well as players from the NFL, and NCAA.

The Middle School Camp runs July 16th and 17th, and is then followed by the High School Camp which runs July 18th - 20th. Both camps are held at Sarsota High School, and will run from 8am - 3pm each day. Space is limited and early registration is recommended.
